Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn into pieces
1 chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium bottle taco sauce
1 medium pkg. taco flavored tortilla chips
4 oz. grated cheese
4 tomatoes, cut in pieces
1 can kidney beans (or Mexican chili beans)
Preparation

Brown ground beef, add taco sauce, kidney beans and simmer 15 minutes.
Toss together all other ingredients except tortilla chips.
Add beef mixture.
Toss again.
Crunch chips all over. Serve with extra taco sauce.
