Angel Food Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and vinegar in large saucepan.
    Cook until 300\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon baking soda.
    The reason you use a large pan is it foams up when you put in baking soda.
    Pour into buttered cake pan.
    When cool, break apart and dip in milk chocolate.
