Mexican Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    4 oz. green chilies, chopped
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    5 flour tortillas
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and spread over shells.
    Roll and wrap tight in Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Slice 1/2 to 1-inch thick.
    Dip in salsa.
