Praise The Lord Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned Italian sausage
    3 stalks chopped celery
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 (28 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (26 oz.) tomato soup
    3 cans (26 oz.) water
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Simmer all together for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve in soup bowls and top with sour cream, chopped olives, green pepper, onions and Cheddar cheese.
