Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. scalded rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks
butter the size of one egg
3 egg whites
1 or 2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut rhubarb in fine pieces and lay on bottom of pie crust. Then add sugar, salt, flour, milk, egg yolks and butter, beaten over the rhubarb pieces in pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
When custard is set, cover it with the egg whites and sugar, beaten.
Bake to a delicate brown.
