Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
    2 envelopes Herb-Ox instant chicken broth
Preparation
    Drain spinach through colander until no water remains (press using food handler gloves).
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill.
    Serve with cut up vegetables, crackers, party size breads or bagel chips.
    Kids love it!
