Cheap Charlie Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak, cut in 1-inch cubes *
    1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables from freezer case of your local supermarket
    1 pkg. stew seasoning
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. wine (whatever you have on hand as long as it is not cooking wine, which has too much sodium and additives you don't want)
    1 c. frozen vegetables for seasoning
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Brown the meat with the flour.
    Drain.
    Put meat in crock-pot. Add water, wine, stew seasoning and the frozen vegetables for seasoning.
    Mix.
    Cook on high until gravy is bubbling.
    Add frozen stew vegetables.
    Cook on low setting for at least 4 hours. It's so good, you won't have any problem with leftovers.
