Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and drained
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Kraft mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced onions
Preparation

Boil potatoes in skins until done.
Drain, peel and cut into small cubes.
Add bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, onions and salt.
You may need to add extra mayonnaise to coat potatoes.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling.
