Corn Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 c. corn or 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
salad oil
Preparation

In a small bowl, beat egg whites. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks.
Add corn, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and Tabasco sauce. Stir in flour and baking powder. Fold in egg whites. Heat salad oil in large skillet.
Drop corn mixture by tablespoon in oil. Brown each side until done.
Makes about 12.
