Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey breast, cut into chunks
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 oz. sliced almonds
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine last 3 ingredients.
    Then add to the rest of ingredients.
    (Optional:
    Add 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions or a dash of onion powder.)
