Pork Roast With Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork roast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 clove garlic
    3 qt. water
    2 lb. dry pinto beans
    2 cans chili blend or 2 pkg. dry chili blend
Preparation
    Cook pork roast and garlic in 3 quarts water until meat is tender
    and falls apart.
    While meat is cooking, soak beans in enough
    water
    to
    cover
    beans.
    When meat is done, remove from liquid.
    Add
    beans
    and
    chili
    blend to liquid and cook until beans
    are done.
    Add chopped pork last hour of cooking.
