Spiced Peaches With Currant Jelly(Serve As Condiment With Meats.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb. 13 oz.) cans Cling peach halves, drained reserving syrup (approximately 12 to 16 halves)
    1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 cinnamon sticks
    2 tsp. whole allspice
    4 tsp. whole cloves or 1 tsp. powdered
    12 to 16 tsp. currant jelly
Preparation
    Combine peach syrup with brown sugar, vinegar, cinnamon sticks, allspice and cloves.
    Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
