Cupcake Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 375\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients until fluffy.
    Line cupcake tins with paper baking cups.
    Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
    Fill cups 2/3 full with cheese mixture.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Cool and top with cherry pie filling.
    Chill cheese cakes.
