Nana'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    2 c. mashed pumpkin (1 big can)
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. white raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add pumpkin and eggs.
    Combine all dry ingredients; add along with water and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Put into 4 small greased pans (or 2 regular size for moister bread).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Freezes well.
    Warm and slice to serve.
    Spread with cream cheese, if desired.
