Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked or canned corn
1 c. milk
2/3 c. cracker or bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. minced onion
Preparation

Beat the eggs and add milk and crumbs.
Add corn, onions, seasoning and melted butter.
Mix together well and pour in a greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
