Filet Of Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices tenderloin (1-inch thick)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. grated or crushed garlic
    4 tsp. lemon pepper
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut pork tenderloin into filets about an inch thick.
    Place in large shallow dish.
    Cover filets with the lemon pepper (top and bottom).
    Set aside for an hour or more.
    In heavy skillet, brown filets for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
    Remove meat from skillet, add all other ingredients and bring to simmer.
    Return filets to sauce and cook until well done over medium heat (about 10 minutes per side).
