Lemon Peel Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lemons (juice and grated rind)
    4 c. sugar
    2 qt. milk
    1 pt. whipping cream
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and freeze according to ice cream freezer directions.
    Usually 6 cups of ice to 1 cup rock salt.
    Makes 1 1/2 gallon freezer.
