Pineapple Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
18 to 20 oz. crushed pineapple
12 slices bread, cubed
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Drain pineapple and save juice.
Add pineapple and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
Stir.
Add cubed bread and mix well.
Place in greased 2-quart dish.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Delicious with baked ham.
