Crab-Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 c. chilled milk
1 lb. crab meat
salt to taste
about 2 c. diced potatoes
about 2 c. asparagus
Preparation

Cook potatoes and asparagus; set aside.
Melt margarine in pan and stir in flour, mixing until smooth.
Remove from heat and gradually add chicken broth.
Add pepper and return to heat, stirring until blended and thickened.
Slowly, add milk.
Stir in crab, potatoes and asparagus.
Heat thoroughly.
Do not boil!
