Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. raw rice
    2 tomatoes, quartered
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, cut in rings
    1 summer squash, sliced
    1 pkg. frozen green beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Place butter and rice in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients; cover.
    Bake in a moderately hot oven (375\u00b0).
    Stir lightly after 40 minutes.
    Continue to bake, covered, an additional 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 4.
    Contains about 122 calories per 1 cup serving.
