Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon or lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar or other mild cheese, drained or uncreamed cottage cheese
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Simmer sugar and pineapple until sugar is well dissolved. Cool.
Add boiling water and Jell-O.
Stir until well dissolved. Chill until just beginning to set.
When slightly firm, mix in cheese and whipped cream.
Return to bowl or mold and chill until firm.
