Cajun Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Mahatma or Water Maid rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Orleans crabmeat
    1 can Orleans shrimp
    8 small pie shells
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In a medium skillet, saut next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until blended. Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir to combine. Place about 1/2 cup mixture into each pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes.
