Fiesta Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 large green peppers
    1 large red pepper
    1 large yellow pepper
    1 large purple onion
    1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Slice peppers and onion vertically about 1/8-inch wide. Heat a 12-inch frying
    pan,
    then put in olive oil and garlic. Saute for a short
    time
    until
    garlic starts to tan.
    Add the remaining ingredients and
    saute
    until onions start to wilt a little.
    I prefer it not cooked to death.
    This is a tasty and colorful addition to
    steaks
    or
    chops,
    better
    for you than gravy.
