Ingredients

1 can beets, diced
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. beet juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and beet juice together until smooth.
Mix in diced beets.
Add butter and bring to a boil. Cook until thick.
