Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
Preparation
    Place both milks in medium pan.
    Heat over medium heat until small bubbles form around edge.
    Mix egg, sugar and extract in a bowl.
    Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture and blend. Pour this mixture back into pan of hot milk.
    Stir well.
