Chinese Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cooked chicken breasts, cooled to room temperature and cubed
    1 head lettuce
    4 or 5 small green onions, chopped
    1 (5 oz.) can Chinese noodles
    1/4 tsp. poppy seed
    1 pkg. almond slivers
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Shake well to pour on salad just before serving.
