Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spicy pork sausage (bulk)
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    2 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Make a day ahead, refrigerate and pop in oven 45 minutes before breakfast or brunch.
