Upside-Down Fruit Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pancake mix
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (16 oz.) can frozen or fresh fruit
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare pancake mix according to package directions.
    In 10-inch pie plate, melt butter.
    Spoon in fruit.
    Pour pancake batter over all.
    Bake 18 minutes (or until done in center).
    Serve with maple syrup.
