Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. mashed bananas (3 or 4)
Preparation
    Oil bottom of 9 x 5-inch glass loaf pan and sprinkle with flour.
    Mix all ingredients and pour in prepared pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until firm in center of loaf.
