Blueberry-Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 1/2 c. fresh/frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter 8-inch loaf pan.
    Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
    With mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Add lemon peel.
    Mix dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
    End with dry ingredients.
    Stir in blueberries.
    Bake until golden brown for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
