Ingredients

1 stick butter
2/3 c. Wesson oil
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. coconut (packed)
1 c. pecans
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and Wesson oil.
Add sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition.
Add coconut flavoring.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with milk to egg mixture. Add coconut and pecans.
Pour into well-greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
