Orange Mandarin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (undrained)
2 boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
1 large (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with liquid for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Drain pineapple juice, reserving the juice of 1 can to pour over the baked layers while warm (2 layer cake).
