Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. canned pineapple juice
1/2 c. strained orange juice
4 1/2 tsp. strained lemon juice
1/2 c. whipping cream
fresh fruit or jellied fruit salad
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar; stir in egg, then fruit juices. Cook, stirring, over hot water until thick.
Cool.
Whip the cream; fold in.
Serve over fresh fruit or with jellied fruit salad.
