All-In-One Breakfast(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice whole wheat toast
    1/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sliced fruit (unsweetened)
    1/2 packet artificial sweetener
    apple pie spice
    2 Tbsp. crushed cereal (your favorite, unsweetened)
Preparation
    Spread cottage cheese over toast.
    Add fruit.
    Sprinkle with sweetener and apple pie spice.
    Top with crushed cereal.
    Broil or bake until warm.
