No Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef, cut into bite-size pieces
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 2-quart casserole with tight cover. Cover.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Do not peek! Serve to 6 over steamed rice or noodles.
