Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 lb. Kraft caramels
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into a 9 x 12-inch pan (greased and floured).
    Bake for 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped pecans on cake.
