Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can whole corn
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. sharp shredded cheese for topping
Preparation
    Drain the whole kernel corn and then mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch well-greased dish after sprinkling cheese on top at 350\u00b0 about 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
