Famous Seafood Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. hot water
    3/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix yeast and flour.
    Combine egg, hot water and salt.
    Add cold water.
    Combine with dry mixture; stir.
    Drop fish into batter and immediately drop battered fish into hot oil.
    Do not drain fish.
