Pecan Toffee(Mock Almond Roca) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter (not margarine)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar in skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
Pour over nuts that have been spread on buttered cookie sheet.
Spread out, then sprinkle chips over and spread when melted with some nuts.
Cool and break in pieces.
Makes 6 x 9-inch sheet.
