Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops, diced
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 c. diced onions
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    In wok or frying pan, cook diced pork 10 minutes in margarine. Add onions and celery.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Scramble eggs and dice. Return all ingredients to frying pan with rice and seasonings. Fry to brown.
