Mississippi Mud Frosting(Very Rich And Good!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks melted margarine
2 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cake Layer:
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix margarine, sugar and cocoa.
Add all other ingredients in order listed.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 pan for 30 to 40 minutes.
While cake is still hot, gently spread 1 1/4 jars (use 7-ounce jar) Marshmallow Crme on cake. Let cake get cold so Marshmallow Crme will have a crusty top. Gently spread on frosting (follows).
