Oven Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine milk, onion, eggs and salt.
    Add bread crumbs and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add meat and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 4 dozen small balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
