Berks Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    4 slices bread
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix the mashed potatoes and eggs, using a fork. Add milk and set aside.
    Cut the bread into 1/2-inch cubes and brown with the onions in the butter.
    Stir onions and bread into the potato mixture; add seasoning.
    Turn into a greased casserole and bake for an hour in a 375\u00b0 oven.
