Ingredients

1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. or 1 Tbsp. yeast
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix water and yeast and set aside. Mix flour, oil and salt to 1 cup water.
Add water/yeast mixture to flour mixture and mix together. Pour out on floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise for approximately 20 minutes.
