Cornmeal English Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
1/3 c. warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 c. unsifted bread flour
1 large egg
1 c. yellow cornmeal
Preparation

In a small saucepan, heat milk until bubbles appear around side of pan; remove from heat and add margarine.
Set aside to allow butter to melt and mixture to cool to warm (105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0).
