Easy Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked elbow macaroni
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Soft melt margarine in a 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Stir in uncooked macaroni; coat well.
    Add salt, pepper and cheese; mix well and spread evenly.
    Slowly pour in milk.
    With bottom of spoon, push macaroni down under milk.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until macaroni is done and custard set.
    Cubed ham may be added to this for a one dish meal.
