Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Margarine or Butter
2 Eggs
1 c. Milk
3 c. Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 c. Blueberries
1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Flour
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Margarine (Soft)
Preparation
-
1. Mix sugar, soft margarine, eggs, and milk. Then mix flour, baking powder, ands salt.
2. Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. Mix well
then stirin blueberries.
3. Place in 9 x 11 baking dish. Mix struesel topping and
sprinkle on top of cake mixture before baking.
4. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
