Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 lb. venison stew meat
    chopped onion
    chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    3 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. cold water
    potatoes (desired amount)
    carrots (desired amount)
    beans (desired amount)
    mushrooms (desired amount)
Preparation
    Brown meat with garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add rest of ingredients, except large veggies.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Add potatoes, carrots with flour, and water.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove bay leaf and serve.
