Pork Chops Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Arrange in dish.
    Sprinkle with onion.
    Add rice.
    Bring cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water to a boil; pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
