Pimento And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    7 oz. pimento (juice and all)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Melt cheese with milk in double boiler.
    Mix pimento, eggs, vinegar and sugar together.
    Add to cheese mixture.
    Cook about 25 minutes on low heat.
    Cool and add mayonnaise.
